1.) RESIDENTIAL   Home Maker Personal Care

Are you a natural born caregiver at heart? If you want to work where even your smile can make a big difference, you should consider being a Direct Care/Caregiver. We provide day-to-day assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes. Do you have a compassionate nature and the willingness to learn? Are you dependable and able to be a positive role model? You might be exactly the person we’re looking for! We will train you in a variety of areas—including CPR/First Aid Certification, medication administration and personal training for the individuals you are caring for—to ensure your success.


  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License and a good driving record 
  • Must pass a BCII & background checks

 2.) DRIVER  Non-Medical Transportation

All Care Services, LLC., provides non-medical transportation to our clients Monday through Friday, shuttling them from home to various worksites. Experience in transporting people is beneficial, and a basic knowledge of our service area is expected.

Drivers must have a valid Ohio Driver License. If you do not already have a valid CPR and 1st Aid certification, if hired, ACS will send you for this training. A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is also required.

Applicant must be able to read, understand and speak English clearly. Applicant must have dependable transportation that will get them to and from our facility each day.

Our drivers may be expected to drive a wheelchair lift van; it does not require special driver certification.

Due to the unique nature of our type of business, drivers are needed for only a few hours in the morning, and again for a few hours in the afternoon. It could be a perfect job for someone who is semi-retired. Our routes have consistent schedules, and our clients are given regular pick-up/drop-off times. Promptness is essential for drivers at our company.


  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • Must be able to safely operate company vehicles and related equipment (lifts, ramps, etc)

Applicant will:

  • Pick up clients at a home or business establishment
  • Be comfortable with clients who are Developmentally Disabled
  • Safely assist, load/unload, secure/unsecure and transport client to destination in company vehicle
  • Maintain company vehicles with fuels and lubricants and keep them clean
  • Keep vehicle and client operational log
  • Reports all activities related to the vehicle and client in a timely and accurate fashion as directed


3.) Day Hab Team Member

The position of Day Hab Team Member (DH) is a vital position responsible for many functions through the day. The Day Hab Team typically works 8:30 – 2:45 Monday through Friday (except holidays). The Day Habilitation Team provides Adult Day Support (non-vocational day services) in a non-residential setting which sometimes includes outings.

Qualifications of DH Team Members

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass BCI & background checks

Duties & Responsibilities of DH Team Members

It’s imperative that the staff build working relationships with those they are directing, thus reassuring them that staff have their best interests in mind. The duties and responsibilities of Day Hab team members are as follows:

  • working to promote a unified and positive environment for both the team and the individuals
  • supporting and supervising the individuals to help them achieve their highest level of capability in various areas like vocational mobility, self-help skills, social and emotional skills, motor skills, communications, academics and daily living skills
  • regular evaluations of goals in order to measure each person’s progress or indicate a needed change
  • communicating with one another about concerns and changes in the individual’s lives
  • encouraging the individuals to do their best as they are monitored and coached through their particular tasks
  • team members will help individuals with personal care such as toileting, hygiene, and will ensure their personal cleanliness and that of their clothing as necessary. Lunch duties may include, but are not limited to: assisting with food preparation, feeding, and cleaning the lunch area afterwards.
